Estate Administration

Following the death or incapacity of a loved one is a difficult time regardless of how well-designed your estate plan may be.  Administering the estate of a family member as an executor, administrator, or guardian is especially draining when you are grieving the loss of a loved one or if there is an unexpected disagreement within the family.  This is an important time to have a trusted individual, known to the family, to call upon for help.  I am available to help smooth the process by representing clients who serve in a fiduciary capacity following a loss or incapacity.
